Something not working, a receipt read incorrectly, or a bill you want taken down. Include the link to whatever you are looking at and it can usually be answered the same day.
Data and privacy
Ask what we hold about you, or ask for it to be deleted. We answer within a month, which is the statutory limit, and normally a good deal sooner because there is very little to look up.
Security
If you have found a vulnerability, please report it before disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable window to fix it. Include steps to reproduce. We will confirm receipt and tell you when it is closed.
